Jane
Jane started this company (hence the name) and has worked hard to keep up with its growth all along the way. She is no longer fazed by dead animals or mazes of cobwebs on job sites. With a degree in engineering from Temple University, Jane makes sure to keep safety on the forefront of her mind whenever visiting properties. A lesser known piece of Jane’s life is her Masters in Education which she puts into action while communicating with clients from all walks of life - always eager to teach them about the industry.

Chelsea
Chelsea sees everyday as an opportunity to learn something new. She enjoys all types of planning: building plans, meal planning, schedules, and even budgets. Chelsea is an experienced architectural designer with time spent on residential and commercial projects. She is on the path to obtaining her architecture license - constantly improving her skills and expanding her repertoire. Most plans make it across Chelsea’s desk throughout the process before hitting client’s inboxes.

Darius
Darius has the most incredible pairing of depth and breadth of knowledge. He is our team’s primary measuring man - making sure nothing goes unnoticed on site. Darius never turns down a challenge or a side-quest. He is quick to find connection with clients on site and the most remarkable listener. If you opt for a meeting on site you will be sure to encounter his smile.
Right-hand man
Lu
Left-handed Lu keeps us afloat. When reaching out to our team she will be the first person you interact with - making sure that you get the info you need. She’s currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Construction Management and uses her classroom knowledge to help propel our team. Outside of the classroom and work, her current favorite hobby is wine tasting. She’s a hard working student and team member, but her most important role is being a mom.

Mackenzie is a dreamer infusing romance into every day life through Pinterest and flower bouquets. As a solo female traveler (debuting in Europe this January!), she embodies fearless exploration. Pursuing a degree in global studies with a minor in philosophy, she brings a unique and insightful perspective to her role as a social media manager. She makes sure the world knows what we are up to at all times.

She thrives on integrating her artistic vision into the creation of beautiful, practical homes. With a love for travel and exploring diverse design styles, Liza draws inspiration from around the world to continuously evolve her work. Dedicated to learning and growing within the industry, she constantly seeks ways to apply new insights to her projects.

Lynette
Lynette is a registered and licensed architect in the Philippines. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Santo Tomas and has experience in design and construction in both residential and commercial projects (Philippine-based). Recently, Lynette has discovered a passion for international travel and hopes to check more items off her bucket list. Whether she’s designing spaces or embarking on new adventures, she always seeks opportunities to learn, grow, and connect.

Scout
Scout gets lulled to sleep by the sound of laptop keys entering in measurements and loom videos being recorded in the background. She is always the first to explore the property no matter how deplorable the condition. Jane and Darius are grateful to encounter far fewer creatures since Scout began joining for property visits. She’s an off-leash professional, eager to please, and always interested in a belly rub. (Don’t worry, Scout is happy to snooze in the car for inhabited properties.)
