There are two types: scheduled day and time (additional $200) or lockbox where we come out on our own on a specific day at whatever time fits best. We often book out 1 - 2 weeks in advance, so we encourage clients to think ahead. We do also offer the option while booking to join our “bump up list” in case we get any cancellations.

For lockbox appointments we come out between 6 AM - 6 PM on the selected day. For meetings on site we join you there at the selected time. In both cases we are on site between 30 - 90 minutes depending on the size and scope. We take all measurements, photos as needed, and observe structural concerns.

We send out invoices the following day after visiting the site. We work to keep them detailed and transparent following our listed pricing. We don’t get started on any more work until this invoice is paid in full to ensure we are all on the same page.

Typical turn around time is 7 - 10 days from when the invoice is paid. We also offer 48 hour turn around time on most plans* for an additional fee. Plans will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address used to book the appointment.

Want a change? Need a revision as a result of the Licenses and Inspections review? Send the needs via e-mail and make sure the subject line includes the property address. There will be no charge if the scope of work remains the same. Expect 5 - 7 day turn around (we add them into our queue and work in the order they were received).
