Per kitchen & bedroom

This fee covers what takes us more work. On top of the base rates listed above this helps to scale the work.

Per structural detail

For each simple structural component there is a detailed required by the city showing what work is to be done.

Late cancellation

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will incur a late fee.

Site revisit

If our team is not able to access the property at the scheduled time, a late fee will incur.

On-site meeting

When booking, choose the default lockbox option, or specify a time slot to meet in person for an additional fee.

Elevation & site plans (Zoning)

Additional notes, elevations and site plans created in conjunction with another project.

Zoning hearing

This is an hourly fee when our time and representation is required at a zoning meeting.

Engineer Seal/Stamp

This is required whenever plans are considered “structural” by the city. You can learn more about this on our FAQ page.

Make Safe Report

Required to accompany Make Safe Plans when there is an open violation on the property.

Pre-Construction Survey & Monitoring Plan

Required by the city when work may affect the neighboring properties.

Sidewalk Cafe Plans

Plans required to be sealed by a design professional (see above) OR city takes 90 days to review them.

ResCheck Forms

This energy compliance form is required when additions are added to a property.

Certificate of Occupancy

Start with number of units and then add this fee to include electrical, utility, and egress notes per unit.

We team up with expeditors in the city to get your work submitted sooner.
